Rule #1
Amizo is a community built on respect, support, and creativity. We welcome sellers of all experience levels. To maintain a safe and positive environment, we kindly ask all members to avoid using or attempting to sell content that does not align with our values. If you come across content that violates these policies, please contact us.
Content Policies
Age Requirement
All members must be at least 16 years old. You may not create or manage an account for yourself unless you meet this age requirement.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
We take copyright and trademark protection seriously and act quickly to remove any infringing content. If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights have been violated, you may submit a formal complaint for review.
Nudity and Pornographic Content
The depiction of sexual activities, genitalia, or bodily fluids, as well as sexual objects such as dildos, strap-ons, vibrators, or similar items, is strictly prohibited. This includes any representation whose primary purpose is to provoke sexual arousal.
Upload Limits
Amizo encourages creativity and quality. You may upload up to 15 artworks per day on your account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass this daily limit is not allowed and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed.
Racism and Hate Content
The publication of racist content or behavior intended to promote racism is strictly prohibited. Artwork that uses racist language in a casual, degrading, or offensive manner is also not permitted.
Use of Symbols
Symbols and iconography can carry powerful meanings, such as religious symbols like the Quran or the cross. While such symbols may be included in artwork, they must be used thoughtfully and respectfully. Content may be removed if the use of these symbols is ambiguous, disrespectful, or unnecessarily provocative.
Adult Language and Harassment
Malicious or harmful language directed at another member, including insults or personal attacks, is not allowed. However, the general use of profanity or adult language in a non-targeted context is acceptable.
Keep in Mind
Members must not:
Promote themselves in the comments under another member's artwork
Post negative comments solely attacking the quality of an artwork
Attempt to discredit or mock the ideas or messages expressed by an artwork
Write hurtful, insulting, or harassing comments about another member or make personal remarks intended to harm or intimidate
Account Enforcement and Termination
Amizo reserves the right to take appropriate action if a seller violates our policies or terms. This may include issuing warnings, temporarily suspending the account, or permanently terminating access to the platform.
In the event of account termination due to policy violations, the seller will lose access to their account, including any associated content, features, or benefits. Any remaining balance, earnings, or credits linked to the account may be withheld, canceled, or otherwise handled in accordance with our internal review and applicable laws.
