Amizo respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of the platform to do the same. This policy explains how intellectual property is handled on Amizo and outlines the responsibilities of sellers, buyers, and visitors.

By using Amizo, you agree to comply with this Intellectual Property Policy in addition to our Terms of Use and Seller Policy.

1. Ownership of Content

All content uploaded, published, or sold on Amizo remains the property of the original creator or rights holder.

By uploading content to Amizo, sellers confirm that:

They own the intellectual property rights to the content, or

They have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, or legal authorizations to use, reproduce, and sell the content

Important: Amizo does not claim ownership over seller content.

2. License Granted to Amizo

By uploading content to the platform, sellers grant Amizo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote the content solely for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the Amizo platform.

This license does not transfer ownership and ends when the content is removed from the platform, except where retention is required for legal, operational, or archival purposes.

3. Prohibited Content and Infringement

Sellers may not upload, sell, or distribute content that:

Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or other intellectual property rights

Uses logos, brand names, characters, or protected designs without authorization

Is copied, traced, or substantially similar to another creator's work without permission

Warning: Amizo reserves the right to remove any content that appears to violate intellectual property laws or this policy, without prior notice.

4. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe that content on Amizo infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal complaint.

To process a complaint, we may request:

Proof of ownership or authorization

A detailed description of the allegedly infringing content

Contact information for follow-up

Amizo will review all complaints in good faith and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account enforcement.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may face:

Amizo reserves the right to take these actions to protect creators, partners, and the integrity of the platform.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Amizo operates as a marketplace and does not actively monitor or pre-approve all content uploaded by users.

While we take reasonable steps to address reported violations, Amizo is not responsible for:

Content uploaded by users

Disputes between rights holders and sellers

Indirect or consequential damages arising from intellectual property disputes

Note: Responsibility for intellectual property compliance rests solely with the content uploader.

7. Account Actions Related to IP Violations

In cases of serious or repeated intellectual property violations, Amizo may restrict access to features, suspend payouts, or terminate accounts in accordance with our internal review process and applicable laws.

Any such action is taken to protect the platform, rights holders, and users.

8. Policy Updates

This Intellectual Property Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. Continued use of Amizo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
